Pirates sure love candy...didn't you know? As a family of Pirates, it was only natural to follow our surest treasure map to the Binghampton Family Park on Saturday night for some Trunk or Treating with the little buccaneers. About 250 people showed up with well over fifty cars. We decorated the back of our trunk as cozy pirate cave...complete with cursed treasure (Steal our booty at your own peril!....It'll give you cavities!). At the end of the night, the kids had plundered most of the candy at the activity and we had won the award for "most adorable pirate family." ARRRRRRRRRGH. We even won the award for "best use of Disney music" by blasting Yo Ho A Pirates Life for Me and the Pirates of the Carribbean Soundtrack louder than the boom of a canon. What a night! Spoooooooooky? Darn straight!
Oh Yeah...Addie refused to be a pirate...so we had to capture the Princess. But don't worry, we didn't make her walk the plank!
Somebody loves their princess shoes!

it looks so good! one of my goals for this winter is to come and visit you guys... so plan on us sometime after christmas
